Beautifil

The hotel is very beautiful with big bed and washrooms. Place is nearby main attractions and clubs. Also the circle K opp. The hotel was really nice facility .

Laundry prices were a little high compared to other stays its around 90% more expensive

Good selection of breakfast/lunch/dinner and they were more than happy to deliver it to us should we choose not to go to the restaurant. Rooms were a little on the old side but nice and clean and serviced daily. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had issues with the hot water, which was fixed, but was offered another room to move to and or use of a shower from another room. The outside pool was a little cold but was great to have a private pool to access..

Mosquitos were present which is just how it is, but they did supply us with repellant no fault of the Hotel just a mention to be aware of.

A very comfortable stay

Good location around a 15 walk from central Seminyak Very friendly and accommodating staff Really comfortable bed Handy to have a shop just over the road and to recieve water bottles each day

It's loud - take ear plugs if you want a good night's sleep. From loud music, to traffic, the school opposite and lots of dogs barking. When we arrived the walls had a few remnants of squashed mosquitoes and on that note, there's a lot of mozzies so bring bug spray. The door to outside had a bit of a gap so bugs could easily get in

Good but some issues

The room size and decore

There were way too many mosquito's day and night. The rooms are not sealed properly therefore many insects kept coming in. Due to mosquito's the pool and outdoor was hard to use as well

Very Good

All staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, lovely big bathroom, nice private pool.

Very noisy at night with motorbikes on the street and dogs around the property barking. Not in central Seminyak area, ~20 minute walk.

Good value for money!

Nice spacious villa with everything you need, very attentive staff who were very welcoming always ready to tidy your room, restock water and help you with anything you needed. They arranged laundry and airport tranfers including suggestions of places to go. The fresh fruit coffee and tea for breakfast was always nice the mi Goreng and nasi Goreng was delicious. We enjoyed the pool which they cleaned daily and lazing around on the day beds. We like walking so easy walking distance to the main areas of Seminyak - 10-15minutes or very quick grab/gojek ride. Local coffee shops were fantastic.

The villa is a little run down with visible water damage surrounding the villa - possibly previous floods however everything functions perfectly so not a huge issue. Our bed sagged in the centre so I did get a sore back as we stayed for 7 days however this is just personal preference and my partner felt fine. There is a lot of road noise as a busy thoroughfare runs directly behind the pool fence and it is 1 block back from the main sunset road, again I sleep with ear plugs normally so totally fine for me but if light sleeper may struggle.

Very relaxing and great staff

Excellent staff who were very friendly and very accommodating

Maybe a few maintenance issues, outside pool lounger chairs need updating and bathroom faucet needed to be tightened. Otherwise it’s a nice property. Rooms were always clean and tidy

The hotel is very authentic and we enjoyed the pool in our villa very much. The stuff was also helpful.

The breakfast was not really up to our expectations, and the room furniture needs upgrade.

All in all our stay was pretty much perfect! The hospitality was perfect!

The greeting was amazing. They were there to meet us with drinks and a face cloth. Payment and key handover was simple. Very welcoming! The location was also good as you are close to shops, markets and day beaches, only 5 minute drive. The hospitality was amazing, rooms were very clean and the bed was extra comfy! It was hard to get out of bed! They also had 24/7 security guards at the front desk!

the bathroom cloaked when taking shower. The door locked difficult to unlocked and open the door. The curtain not easy to pull up. Received a call from receptionist at 12.33am and disturbed my sleep to return a clothes iron.

Clean, simple, friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it’s slightly away from craziness of Seminyak but still close enough. Very handy circle K store opposite

Just a warning that there is some street noise from the rubbish being collected approx 6am. obviously not the resort’s fault, but something to be aware of. We’re early birds so it didn’t bother us
